Natural Bee’s Wax in a liquid form that will absorb deep into polished and textured lime based plaster finishes offering a protection in low risk areas. Beeswax is a traditional protective treatment for Venetian plaster finishes. It is a natural, ecologic wax made from beeswax.
It is used to increase the shine and the protection against liquid and dirt on smooth finishes such as Marmorino (Fine, Medium, Coarse, Metallic), Tadelakt and Lava plaster, as wells as more textured finishes such as Travertino, Beton Stucco and Dolomia.
This product is also available in variations of metallic Gold, Silver and Copper.
Natural Bee’s Wax was previously called Cera Wax.
Appearance – Milky
Coverage – 40-50g per sqm depending on the texture of the plaster.
Dilution – Ready to use, it accepts dilution with drinking water. If you plan to dilute BEESWAX with water, apply it after a minimum of 24 hours from the application of the plaster.
Application – By hand, using a soft cloth or sponge. After a brief period of about a minute or two, when the wax is almost dry but not completely, gently remove the excess using a soft cloth like our NON-WOVEN FABRIC, and rub to polish. For maximum protection, apply two coats, allowing 12 hours between each application. Remember to remove excess wax after each coat.
