An intensive 2-day course of classic Italian polished plasters. Taught by specialist decorator Sam Campbell and Cait Whitson this class will cover everything you need to get yourself off the ground using polished and textured plasters. You will leave the course having used 7 of the Stucco Italiano products, with 8 sample boards and an A4 colour chart which will give you everything you need to start selling the finishes. Suitable for beginners and those who want to bring their previous tuition up to date with new materials and then take them to a more professional level.

Students will be guided with personal attention through techniques that will broaden the skill base and give confidence to use most of the plasters that Whitson’s Ltd supply.

Sam Campbell 

After completing a decorating apprenticeship including City and Guilds certificates, Sam became involved in decorative paint finishes, culminating in training at the Leonard Pardon School of Specialist Decoration, in Knightsbridge, London.

In the late 1990s, he became involved in decorative polished plaster finishes and completed his training in the UK and Italy.

Sam has had a varied and extensive experience in polished plaster techniques since then and brings these years of application experience to our class at Whitson's Ltd

The studio will be open at 08:30 but the class starts at 09:00 and finishes at 17:00. It will take place in one of our teaching studios at the following address;
